All these complaints about my journals and what I write lol are people unaware you can actually unwatch someone’s journals? (Seriously, it’s easy. I’ve done it several times)

Some people forget that the gems’ bodies are holoforms of what they see themselves to look like. This means the character can be as skinny or fat as they please and probably any colour they feel like. Racial stereotypes are not a thing because of their “skin” colour (peridot being green and amethyst being purple for example). The only differences for gem types is a classification ranking based on their gem value. So literally shut up about fat shaming and racist shit when it comes to gems because that holoform is their personal representation of themselves and it is subject to change.

It’s getting to where you can’t even Cosplay to have fun without being called racist. This PC binge needs to fucking stop because it’s turning into a hail storm for people trying to cosplay as their favorite characters. 

Honestly though, cosplay is meant for FUN. It’s not used for sexual appeal, it’s not used for “colour appropriation” or lack of. IT’s not whitewashing if a Caucasian person wants to dress as someone that isn’t Caucasian. They do it because they want to cosplay a character they, oh I don’t know, ENJOY? 

SJWs who attack people for not being of a certain skin color should really stop in their tracks and realize that maybe not everyone out there is going out of their way to offend you.

I recall a post similar to this where someone changed Caucasian Disney Princesses into a POC Princess and another post complaining about how “Black” (I hate colour terms) POC can only ever relate to Princess Tiana for being Black or how Asians can only relate to Mulan or how Native Americans can only relate to Pocahontas. Literally stop. 

You don’t have to relate to a character for their colour. Instead, relate to a character BECAUSE OF THEIR PERSONALITY. Visual Attributes is one thing, but a better and deeper connection comes with connecting to a character regardless of colour! 

I honestly have a huge loathing of people who attack cosplayers because they’re “white” when instead of actually going out there to have fun and compliment them for their effort in looking like the character themselves. I recall another post where the VA for Korra in LOK was SLAMMED for cosplaying as the character she VA’d by POCSJWs. Just because someone is of a specific colour doesn’t mean the voice (or person) behind the character will match.

THIS IS WHY WE CAN’T HAVE NICE THINGS. LET PEOPLE HAVE THEIR FUN. BE NICE. COMPLIMENT THEIR EFFORTS.

Tbh GOL is a little more than “into” it imo. I dunno, something about them makes me feel uncomfortable as well. It kinda seems (to me) that they flaunt around their connection a little bit too much to the point where it looks like a roleplay blog?

YES a situation I apologized about 2 years ago on the understanding that she accepted it and understood the situation. Especially the part about not realizing the critique system announced and thinking it was just a glorified comment. YET she decides to drag it up the other day herself in:

Sometimes there are those who will do anything to drag you down. But it’s things like that that make you realize that you have others who care and support you. And I think that’s really kind of people to care. And I’m really happy that there are people out there who are always willing to help and support me. Thanks guys.

No, I understand what you mean. And no, if she did have something better to do, my bet would be learning colour theory.

She’s been harassing me since she first saw my artwork. Constantly insulting me over and over again but asking for free work via trades and requests. She’s commissioned me a few times but every time I drew her characters for her by request, gift, or commission, there was always something for her to bitch about.
