Thin privilege is being desired by morbidly obese people, because even the morbidly obese find fat bodies unattractive.
Body shaming aside, I’m sick of the hypocrisy of these women. They expect other people to find their obese bodies sexy, when they’re denying other fat people the same thing? And fine, you’re allowed to have a preference. But it’s hypocritical and childish and anything to push “fatphobic” standards onto other people and expect everyone to give you leeway. And have you noticed, all the tumblr fat activists are attracted to skinny, conventionally attractive men. And then they get mad when those men want thin girls and make blogs like TITP to showcase their bitter jealousy and denial. How tragic.

There are women who desire to be thin. There are those who prefer to be fat. Those who want to be thin tend to go anorexic. Those who are fat can overdo it and become obese and diabetic.
There was a woman who set to be the world’s fattest woman and is now desperately trying to lose that weight.
Some people can’t help but be fat because of health issues such as a slow metabolism or something else. Some people can’t help but be thin because of a high metabolism.
There are people I know who were obese that tried to eat healthy and still gain weight. They would eat salads and light meat, take vitamins and exercise and still not lose weight. There are so many factors that come into play with weight (metabolism and diet most).
And then you get people who do this to get attention or “raise awareness”. Those who do this for attention attention whores and should really stop. Those who raise awareness have some reason for it and I don’t really mind it unless it’s for something really stupid.
