What crime does a fetus commit by merely existing in the place they are naturally / biologically supposed to exist as a direct result of sexual intercourse?

You seem to not understand pro-choice arguments. No one ever said that the fetus should die because…

It’s not only that the person may not want a fetus inside them, they may not want to give birth to a child, have a child, get pregnant(rape), or may have birthing complications (in regards to personal health problems).
