Shit you have no idea how smart this bail was. He just saved his neck big time. And I mean literally. From the looks of it he was trying to do a double kong and failed super badly.  Whatever he was doing before reaching the block he was coming in too fast and landed really close to the first block. His momentum kept him from being able to stop so the best thing he could do was continue the vault and turn it into a partial flip so he wouldnt smack into the other horse with his head. So he manages that and then even makes sure his arms are up so the blocks of the other horse don’t nail him in the face when they toppled.
