I would advise anyone feeling suicidal to purchase it here. You can go under the “used” section and get it for like 30 cents with only 3-4$ shipping. I got mine used. It’s one of the most helpful and relaxing books you can have. I know there’s not many good, updated resources (as far as books) to help those under suicide fire, but this book has:

  • Activities to do when you’re feeling suicidal
  • Physical relaxation techniques
  • Drawing/Creative activities
  • Lists of things to help you
  • How the “suicidal ” brain works 
  • Honesty
  • Encouragement 
  • Positivity
  • The real story behind the woman who wrote it
  • How to heal
