But seriously, folks, don’t get offended by this shit. It’s ridiculous. Just as Eleanor Roosevelt said, “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” That image wasn’t posted with the intentions of demeaning people, it was simply there for humourous purposes. And I’m not flipping out by posting this, I just feel like it’s something worth addressing.

And like I said, some are just fuckin’ hilarious. Ethnic ones: ”Peckerwood,” “timber nigger,” “Goombah,” “burrhead,” “muppetfucker,” religious ones: “Clamhead,” “Orangie,” “Mackerel Snapper,” and other stuff like “battle-axe” and “stiff-neck.” You guys don’t have to be so offended, all the time. Just don’t let anyone bother you. Words are words. Let ‘em dissipate into the cosmos. They won’t kill you if you don’t let ‘em. Same with stereotypes. So long as people don’t take ‘em seriously to the point of physically obstructing others, they’re hilarious.

I will tell you what kinda offends me; there aren’t any good slurs for atheists. I feel a bit left out, on that note. :[
