“Let me just say that regardless if an artist you watch, be they your friend, an idol, or just a random person, posts something that you either do not agree with or do not have any interest in, this does NOT obligate you to post a comment on it!”

Actually, what you did was very…very different to what I’m referring.

You posted a journal, claiming that a very specific group of people were doing terrible things. That in itself isn’t an opinion, or something you like/dislike. It was a complete attack on a bunch of people you don’t even know. That’s something that can hurt people, that’s something that hurt me. So yes, I had absolutely every right to say something on it.

I’m referring to posting, say, a picture of your favorite ship, then having someone comment on it in a negative fashion. You weren’t hurting anyone by posting what you love, and the only reason I can see why that person was commenting on it is to start drama or some kind of stupid disagreement.

Those are two completely different things, so there is absolutely no hypocrisy in my statement.
