If you can not read the image text:

I have Tritanopia, a yellow/blue colorblindness and when I tell people that I have it, they tell me I can not be an artist, or they tell me I am lying. Can I have some advice on how to deal with this? It makes me sad to be told I can not be an artist, even a hobby one, due to the fact I am colorblind.

The color spectrum in the image above and at the image source website is a good image comparing the color differences.

I have a challenge for some of you. Create a piece of artwork, either digital or traditional, using the color spectrum from my confession or the color palette below (should be a 216-color webmaster’s palette from Visibone.com.) It can be anything you wish. I just wanna see artwork created from the same color palette I see everyday to give me some motivation and encouragement. Of course at the moment I dunno how You will be able to show me but I hope you can find a way. (tagging it colorblindanon or something)

Admin L Note: Huh, this is the first time I’ve ever seen something like this. Well uh, since I’m the new head admin now, what do you guys think about under the little dashed line here? I think its a fun challenge for the new year. Maybe we could have a blog for art challenges like that.
