Read from bottom to top (sorry)
I’m always flattered when someone asks me for a trade, even if most of the times I end up refusing because of time issues. But seriously, sometimes some people just try to hard to be insulted, though I tried to stay as sarcastic as could. I just don’t understand how can someone ask for a trade, offering in exchange something that isn’t mostly done by yourself, definitely a trace and then proceed on labeling the whole art community as ‘tracers’. And I think the notes speak for themselves.
But the main reason I decided to post here is to say: those who still think that tracing is alright because everyone else does so (because no that’s not how it is), please rethink twice, no, a hundred times and don’t start your drawing career (or hobby whatever) on the wrong path when you could do so much more and be a better artist just by giving your best from the very beginning. Just believe in yourself.
