What does it mean, then, that “slut”or “slutty” is the common interpretation of Black cultural motifs/signifiers?

like, how are we defending this on the grounds of “well, sex/body/identity positivity” and not actually examining the way(s) her search for comfort or whatever has and continues to negatively impact Black Women?

like, okay, I get it, the slut shaming and all is pretty awful. But, I mean…is no one willing to interrogate how that is coupled with her whiteness and her power to completely recode/usurp the existing uses/images/identities she’s co-opting from?
