I once had a guy tell me that women could not be sushi chefs because they had a higher body temperature than men and would therefore cook the fish while handling it. In my mind all I could think was ” REALLY? REALLY? ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO YOURSELF?” Even it was true, it would be a small difference. It’s not like we’re firebenders.
