I’ve been waiting for this.

Just cause it’s relevant as well: pigmentation coloring, which uses CMYK, is subtractive coloring. When you mix them, values are taken away to give you new colors.

RGB meanwhile is an additive process. Light compounds and combines, which is why it juxtaposes the CMY pallet.

You won’t use RGB for painting, but you can use both for digital art, so it’s great to know how they interact.
