No but what if there is a set number of famous people in existence, and whenever one dies they get reincarnated later on destined to be famous again, but maybe in a slightly different way?
And the definition of famous is loose because someone can be infamous for being a murderer or something, and is a household name in one area but a nobody to people in another area.
