I think sometimes geckos can be a bit smarter than you’d initially give them credit for. I dislike giving human attributes to animals and geckos at best tolerate you, but she distinctly looked at me with recognition and then practically ran over and walked onto my offered hand. It’s lovely to find out that your pets actually know who you are and appear trust you. XD
