Um. So I’m probably one of the few folks who doesn’t think this is adorable. At all.

I think it’s fucking scary how this little boy keep pushing himself on her after she CLEARLY doesn’t want to be bothered with his ass.

And the adult behind the camera doesn’t intervene at all because it’s ‘cute.’

And how analogous it is to when grown ass men don’t take fucking no for an answer, no matter how much we push and shove and say no.

This is not cute. This is an absolute disregard of this little girl’s boundaries.

In the very bottom left gif you can see he’s smiling/laughing. Like this is some kind of game.

I would bet money that the person filming this is laughing and encouraging him.

This is how we teach boys not to respect women’s spaces.

yo man i ain’t gonna lie here, this is pretty misconstrued

1. this is a kid here, even if he’s invading her privacy he’s trying to play with her and not molest her.

2. not all “grown ass men” want to push and shove you around, i cannot stress the fact that that’s extremely offensive to people who are against rape

3. you have no idea who the person behind the camera is, whether it be the children’s parent(s), a total stranger, a sibling, a babysitter, etc. you also don’t know the relation of the children, they could be siblings or more likely cousins.

so by one little boy pestering one little girl, he’s going to grow up to become a playboy who cat-calls women and thinks he’s hot shit along with any other male within his influence, right? gosh dang that’s not a good mindset to keep, at least try and hope that he doesn’t turn out like that. 

not saying that i don’t agree with what OP is trying to say, but at least try to be less harsh and less assuming when addressing an issue like this. i know the majority of tumblr hates men but remember, it’s okay to have an opinion as long as you’re not an asshole about it.
