I work with Medicare, so I hear the other side of this pretty often.  This is refreshing.

Yup, that sounds about right.  I’ve been paying student loans since 2005 and I still haven’t sunk below five digits.

This is why we do running start, take courses early, get an AA if you can, and then either get a job or continue studying.
