in fairness though nintendo REALLY needs to update a lot of other shit. Their new online service is a sick joke that they’re gonna charge for, if they haven’t changed anything since the initial announcement.

It’s pretty safe to assume Ninendo wouldn’t have any kind of save protection, cloud saving, or really anything else that’s bog standard in the late 2010s.

I know a lot of people like to chuff Nintendo’s ass as this vanguard of creative freedom and innovation, but it’s not, it’s really fucking not.

It’s a stale-ass grampa of a company that churns out bad idea after bad idea and occasionally stumbles onto a gold mine that only an organisation with a bafflingly stupid creative process could.
