New Bird-Head Cats and Lizard-Head Fish-Seals

Do we know which artist did the newest coli monsters/familiars? I kind of feel like it might be one of the newer hires. The shading and proportions of both new creatures looks… off. It doesn’t seem to match the other beings on the site.
I could be totally off base, but to me it just doesn’t seem to match the rest of the game.
