Okay so correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t “derg” just a short version / nickname of “dragon”? Like “Coke” is short for “Coca-Cola”?
That makes claiming “derg” as an ableist term because it sounds like “derp” just as logical if “fame” was ableist because it sounds like “lame”.
I still can’t believe that this is a real argument
People who claim shit about certain words being ableist should stop.
