After seeing a recent post on here about Contact Us tickets, I was reminded of something.

Over two months ago, I was having issues logging into FR on my tablet. I’d put in my information, tap “Login” and the page would refresh. No notification that I put in the wrong information, but I wouldn’t be logged in. I also access FR on my laptop, so I wasn’t too worried, but I sent in a Contact Us anyway. A few days later I figured out the problem (some wireless setting) and forgot about sending in a ticket.

Until now. Over two months later. And I realize I never got a response about it.

If my tablet was my sole means of accessing FR, if I never figured out the problem (or if the problem wasn’t on my end), you best believe I would be fucking irate that I never received a response.
