i know a lot of people disregard canon size differences because the logistics of it can be disturbing, but i think it could potentially be kind of cute?

like, imagine you had a breeding pair consisting of a guardian and a spiral, and all their babies turned out as guardians, so then you’ve got a bunch of gigantic fucking behemoth hatchlings calling this teeny little spiral mommy/daddy.

on the flip side, if they all turn out as spirals, then the guardian parent can carry the babies around in their coat pocket. and you can’t tell me that wouldn’t be adorable.
