I have friends like this. Just leave them alone, they’re allowed to do what they want.
Also do NOT joke about slipping us some, spiking what we’re drinking, etc. We don’t find it funny, we don’t think your cute and we immediately decide you cannot be trusted. There are boatloads of reasons why people may choose not to drink and all of them are valid and worthy of respect.
