They’ve been releasing so many new genes that we didn’t see happening (unless announced on WOTW) that I must ask…

What happened to the Ghost and Points terts? I’ve been waiting for those since forever. And Ghost is said to be tied to Baldwin, so when will he be introduced?

You’re releasing so many things we didn’t see coming that wasn’t previewed when Beta was around or even on the wiki, and the things on the wiki like Baldwin and the tert genes Ghost/Points seemingly haven’t been touched? :c

Those can’t be released until Baldwin is. See, the artists can make other genes in the mean time because they don’t associate with any other feature. The Artists don’t do the coding on the functional end of Baldwin, so until the coders put that on the next portion of their to do list, we’re going to keep waiting.

It’s better that the artists continue to release items and genes until then, otherwise we’d have to wait for a separate portion of the team to catch up. They can’t release ghost and points until the coders finish making Baldwin.

We’ve been waiting for Bladwin for ages though. That’s what I’m getting at.

Yeah, but I’m just saying that the reason new genes and such keep coming out when we get no info on the progress of Baldwin is because they’re worked on by different teams, and the team of coders have a very, very long list of things they’re working on. I believe they said their top priorities include the site redesign and revamping the coli

It’s just strange that Baldwin is shown in the puzzle and that the tradepost has a url leading to his page. Tomo was introduced and implemented before Baldwin but people knew about Baldwin before Tomo. I mean, coding itself is a challenge. And betatesters/staff do have differently coloured goo showing since they posted screens of it. But it looks like it hasn’t been touched since there’s no announcement or updates on it.

Yeah, I believe it was a part of the beta. Could just be that it was too buggy to keep in the release and they’ve run into a lot of problems that needed more immediate attention since launch, like all sorts of performance issues, bugs and exploits

Maybe.
